What this is all about?

We all search for answers at some point. In fact at some point, we’ve all questioned God or the existence of God when things are just downright uncertain.

At Fig Tree Tidings, the parent company for APODEXI, we don’t intend to be in your face with what we believe.  We’re simply using our talents to create a visual perspective of the biblical inspiration behind the art. You don’t have to believe to enjoy our designs and products but we do want you to know we donate to charities and ministries actively focused on improving lives in your community.

When people ask, we should be the answer. Through APODEXI, we connect art and purpose. The art is abstract, radical in some respects, but so was Jesus. We’re just focused on pleasing Him not convincing you to believe.

Who runs the place?

All artwork, designs, logos, and trademarks for APODEXI belong to Karen (Ka) E. Small, the owner and artist for Fig Tree Tidings. Lisa Jacobs, Sew Funky Goods, manages the product design aspects. John Higgins, AdLib Design, pulls together our advertising ideas.

What we believe – no compromise

• We believe the Word of God is true, indisputable and representative of His divine nature.
• We believe salvation comes only through acknowledgment of Jesus Christ as our personal Savior.
• We believe that the Holy Spirit intercedes on our behalf and enables us to live an empowered life in Jesus Christ.

Putting our money where our mouth is

We want to change lives, too, and take our responsibility to give seriously. Fifty percent (50 %) of our profit is reinvested in organizations which provide food, shelter, and the gospel to the communities they serve. Just for the record, no endorsement has been received in exchange for our contributions.
